Prepaid Orders Only

All orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

We ship across India and also support bulk and export shipments for international buyers.

Delivery Timeline

Within India: 7–10 business days (depending on location)

Remote Areas: 10–15 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order quantity, weight, and delivery location. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout or shared during order confirmation

Packaging & Safety

All products are packed securely using protective packaging to minimize any risk of damage during transit.

 

No Return / No Exchange

All orders are final and non-returnable once shipped or delivered.

 

Damaged Shipment (Transit Only)

If your order arrives physically damaged, you must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of outer packaging
  • Order details

After verification, replacement support only may be provided (no refund).

Important: Damage claims will not be accepted if the bottle seal is broken, tampered, or opened after delivery.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
